It is essential that we continue to build on our progress in the off season in order to have a successful 2014 season.  The weight lifting and conditioning schedule is as follows:



10th, 11th, and 12th Graders

Monday-Thursday 8AM-10am

 

Incoming Freshmen (9th graders)

Monday-Thursday 8am-9:30am

 

Off Season Workouts

7 ON 7s AND CAMPS

Parents, we as of you as a coaching staff to hold off all vacations and trips if possible until our two week dead period of Monday, June 23th- Sunday July 6th We will start practice back on Monday, July 7th.
